Chris has spent more than a decade competitively cooking, winning more than 43 national barbeque championships and over 600 individual awards in the process. He is an 8 time Grand Champion of the American Royal BBQ Cook-Off and has been featured on the "Taste of America," "BBQ Battle," and several other local and regional shows.
