Come football season, there's nothing quite like tailgating before the game with friends. Enhance that experience with a a smoked menu that can't be beat by joining us for our Tailgating cooking class with BBQ chef Chris Marks of Three Little Pigs Sauces & Rubs and The Good-One Smoker.
Chris has spent more than a decade competitively cooking, winning more than 43 national barbeque championships and over 600 individual awards in the process. He is an 8 time Grand Champion of the American Royal BBQ Cook-Off and has been featured on the "Taste of America," "BBQ Battle," and several other local and regional shows.

Those who sign up in advance can reserve their spot for just $75. However, the price increases to $90 for those who wait to sign up until the week of the event. This fee is non-refundable and seating is limited.
We will be providing refreshments and attendees will have the opportunity to sample the food for a better understanding of the cooking process. Sign up early and save!
